Leverage is the power that all billionaires use to increase their riches. Sure at a level we're talking about financial leverage and compound interest. However when you look more carefully at these people, you'll see that the big deal is in their psychology.
100% of wealthy people work more on their psychology than in their business. They all know that the limits of their own self concept are the limits of all their results.
Action and knowledge are the most obvious choices when you are wanting to grow your business. However if you truly want to change your business you must move your attention into more and more fundamental things.
Look at the adaptation I made of the work of Dr. Donella Meadows. The least impactful choice you can make is to take action. Yes, action in itself doesn't assure you sales or customers. Whilst the most impactful choice you can make is upgrading your identity. Yes, we're talking about working at the "who do you think you are" level.

You see, who we think we are shapes 100% of our choices. When we upgrade our self concept, out life purpose is obvious. Owning our renewed identity and life purpose is easy to experience positive emotions and empowering beliefs. That cocktail of renewed sense of self, life purpose, positive emotions and empowering beliefs will make easy and effective knowledge acquisition and application.
To do this the other way around is a receipt for disaster. Hard work by itself leads you quickly to burn out and nasty surprises.
Simply said: Be first, do second.
