We all want more of our lives. We have an inherent desire for growth. However that desire for growth can be hampered by the unreal expectations that perfectionism can bring to the table.
I’ve been a perfectionism for a long long time. I have applied this torturous idea to my body, to my career, to my motherhood, to my financial situation, to my intimate relationships…
All was never good enough.
