Warning: New Year’s Resolutions Don’t Work

The parties are over. How are your New Year's Resolutions translating into reality? Just 8% of people achieve their New Year's Resolutions. There are so many things wrong with them. They assume that you just can change your life after 31st of December. What madness! You have the power to change your life whenever you want. Also, New Year's resolutions are not actionable plans. Resolutions are very close to dreams, wishes or wishful thinking. So, no wonder we cannot act upon them. So, then, what to do?
