Hi, I'm Blanca
After 20 years leadership experience in male dominated industries, I support women unapologetically show up 100% as leaders.
The first chapter of my career looked great on paper. MBA. M.Sc. in Information Systems. Aerospace. Banking. Consulting. Dozens of people. Millions of euros. "Control".
Yet, it didn't feel great in my soul and my body.
