You actually need more time to need more time to internalize the change and make it part of your routine. Because of that, we won't support you for 21 days, or for 66 days, but for 100 days.
Every day for 100 days I will send you a daily email filled with inspiration and some simple assignment or challenge. This will increase your awareness on something important that day. These emails will invite you to take on a courageous action. These action will help you implement what you have learned, apply it towards your goals, and help make those new habits stick.
