Why the best people lose their spark

when the old rules no longer explain the reality you're living in

Confidential workshop for accomplished professionals who are trying to make sense of that they are seeing, reclaim their agency and find a way forward.

 45 MINUTES · FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6, 12:00 CET

You've worked hard. Delivered results. Built a successful career.

Yet something feels different.

The advice that once made sense feels incomplete. The gap between

  • what organizations say and
  • how they actually work has become harder to ignore.

You don't want to become cynical.

But you can no longer be naïve.

You might recognize yourself here

  • You've become more skeptical than you used to be
  • Success doesn't feel the way you expected
  • You care deeply about your work, but feel less energized than before
  • You wonder why competence is no longer enough
  • You sense something has changed, but struggle to put it into words

If several of these resonate, this conversation is for you

In this workshop we'll explore

The rules many of us were taught about success, leadership, and organizations.

Which ones still serve us.

Which ones no longer fit reality.

And what becomes possible when we stop ignoring what we already know.
